Description: Speedwork & Hills. Usually intervals of various distances with coach Ian Keeley. During summer this is done along Chilbridge Rd, meeting at the roundabout at 18:30. During winter months, speedwork alternates weekly between intervals at Hazeldene Close, Eynsham; and Wytham Woods . Both meet at 18:30.

Description: Weekly club run. All abilities welcome.
During Covid times, please ensure you have booked onto a club run as per the weekly email from the Chair. Currently, only six people can run in a group, so although we have routes to cater all paces, you can not simply 'turn up', until guidelines from government and England Athletics have changed
In the winter season please wear 'hi-vis.' and consider bringing head-torches.
