How To Pay Your Membership

We welcome new members at Eynsham Roadrunners. If you think you would like to join our club, we recommend that you come along to one of our Wednesday evening sessions (6.30pm at Eynsham pavilion). This is our main club run of the week, where you will meet most of us. It would be a good idea to contact us before coming along, so that we can introduce you to everyone and make you feel welcome.

The level of the membership fee is set annually at the AGM in January so the amounts shown in the website cover to the next AGM, the website ill be updated after the AGM to confirm the agreed rate. If you pay in January before the AGM you may pay the wrong amount.

If you are a new member the details are in the ‘New Members’ section below.

John Wilcox is the contact point for new members, although Graham and Hugh will assist if John is not available. The membership form is here.

If you are renewing your membership details are in the ‘Renew Your Membership’ section below.

For members wishing to compete in races as first claim runner for Eynsham Road Runners, ERR will register you with UKA and pay the annual fee of £14.00 (2017). You will then receive a registration pack from UKA.
