Eynsham Roadrunners meet regularly for training sessions: Tuesdays are speed or hillwork sessions, Wednesdays are our main club nights, and a smaller group of runners meet on Sunday mornings for longer runs when there aren’t any races on.
Subject to changes to the Covid19 regulations regarding organised outdoor activities, the Club is following the following process and a Runtogether user guide can be found here too.
With the move to Step 3 of the road map the club has stopped requiring members to use runtogether to book a space on a Wednesday. It is still a requirement for TUESDAYS though.
With Step 3 members can just turn up and take a spot in the pace groups available that night. We still are required to arrange activities in a covid secure manager using EA protocols. Pace leads are now to collate the names in their pace groups to provide our track and trace list.
The pavilion loos are available now before and after the planned session time.
Step 4 should see the current requirements ending or further relaxed but we await that guidance when step 4 is confirmed before confirming our arrangements.
Potential new members would need to contact the club via the club email address, firstname.lastname@example.org before turning up and complete a PAR Q form.
This was the step 2 guidance. Covid update March 21
