Where is it? Race HQ is at Bartholomew School, Eynsham, Oxford OX29 4AP. The course is a fast, flat two lap course around the village of Eynsham. Free parking is provided at the Oasis Business Park, with ample spaces available. Is there anything else I should be aware of?

  • If you suffer from a medical condition, please write this on the reverse side of your number.
  • Please pin your number to the FRONT of your running vest.
  • For safety reasons, ear pieces and headphones are not permitted and participants found abusing this rule will be disqualified.
  • If you have an URGENT enquiry, please telephone 07709 068908.
  • There will be no refund of entry fees if the race is cancelled at short notice by the police or referee. Please check our website  www.eynshamroadrunners.org.uk for up to date information on weather and course conditions.
  • The course is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
  • We are, regularly, the short course County Championship event for Oxfordshire.  If we are, the online entry form will have a tick box and a link to eligibility criteria.  Runners should check eligibility, if not born in Oxfordshire, before ticking that box. The Oxofordshire AA website has this as the criteria https://oxfordshireathletics.org.uk/sites/default/files/rr/CountyQualification.pdf
  • In an effort to be more sustaianable we offer the option for a donation to be made to charity, in lieu of receiving a race t-shirt. The charity we have selected is Trees Not Tees (Home – Trees Not Tees). If you chose a t-shirt your entry number will denote the size you selected.  If you opt for a donation to charity, we will instead make a donation of £5 +VAT to Trees Not Tees,  and you won’t have  a t shirt set aside for you to collect at the end of the race.

If you have any other queries, please contact eynsham10k@gmail.com.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Polar Group Eynsham 10k and hope that you enjoy it.
