Despite missing a number of ladies to illness/injury and some men to ‘jollity’, both the ERR women’s and men’s teams had a creditable last fixture of the season. In fact the ERR men managed a season’s best 4th place in Division 2 for a final position of 5th, whilst the ladies finished the season 7th in Division 2.

There were 110 competitors in the women’s race and 197 in the men’s.
