A debut performance over a 2mi trip and probably safe to say my last. 

After a lot of uncertainty about how the race season would be affected due to the omicron strain at the end of 2021 it was the case of just enter anything and see what happens.

3 Tips from the Banbury 15

The weather was glorious on Sunday 20 March when 10 of us Eynsham Roadrunners took part in the Banbury 15 mile road race. 

A belated report on round 4 of the Oxon Cross Country League from February 6^th (sorry!)

I picked Tara up at a very reasonable time (09.45) as the race didn’t start until 11.00!

It was a bright, breezy, cool winter's morning as I walked up the hill to Wytham Woods, race kit in hand (basically a plastic bag containing the numbers, watches and clipboards).

Firstly, a thanks to Andy Goodwin for getting me a cancellation place 2 days before the race.
