Membership fees (2026/27)
Membership fees are agreed at the club AGM in January. Renewals are due in April – you’ll receive an email reminder from the Membership Secretary.
Everyone pays the annual club fee:
- £5 per person
- Family rate: £10 per year (covers up to 2 adults + 3 children under 18)
If you want to complete for Eynsham Roadrunners as a first-claim runner, you also need England Athletics (EA ) registration. EA registration allows:
- Discounted race entry fees (usually £2 per race)
- Competing officially for ERR
The EA Registration Fee for 2026 is £23 per person.

Age is taken at 1 April for EA purposes: some events may vary.
Family membership

Example:
- 2 adults, 1 competing = £33 total
- 2 adults + 2 juniors, all competing = £102 total
One-off joining fee (new members only)
New members who wish to compete pay a one-off joining fee, which includes a club vest (other kit is available if you pay the difference).

Joining fees may change if kit costs rise.
England Athletics – quick summary
- Required only for first-claim competing members
- To compete for the club and make savings on race entries, registration is compulsory for over 11s
- ERR registers you and pays EA on your behalf
- EA registration cannot be processed without a signed membership form
- If you are already first claim at another club, you can only join ERR as a second-claim (non-competing) member.
You Can Run
You Can Run graduates receive free social membership for 1 year after completing the course and submitting a membership form.
