Newbury Triathlon 5/9/10: Pool Swim 300m, Bike 20k, Run 5k    I understand Nik and his bike may have separated during the race, (he fell off), which accounts for his “slow for Nik” bike time.  He has already vowed to go back next year to prove his point.

Dingle Half Marathon (Ireland) 4/9/10: No category prizes, but I’m sure Kate would have won the Kate award if they’d been one.  Apparently it’s very hilly.

Great North Run Half Marathon 19/09/10:   Well done to all who traveled all the way up to Newcastle to take part in this event.  Mark was struggling to find accommodation so was going to sleep in his van the night before and Trish had a foot injury and wasn’t sure she should do it.
