Eynsham Roadrunners held their annual 100 mile relay charity fund raising day on the 14th June 2009 and raised over £2,031. On a glorious summer's day the members of ERR and friends from Eynsham and Cassington had a fun afternoon:
- running or walking a mile circuit
- having fun and games in the garden of the White Hart Eynsham
- throwing wet sponges at the chairman and Andy Self (the excellent voice of the day from Jack FM Big Banana) whilst in the stocks
- devouring cake
- raiding the BBQ for burgers or hot dogs
- Or propping up the bar!
All the profit will be shared between the four charities chosen for the year: CP Sport, Seesaw, and Cassington and Eynsham Primary School. This year's 100 mile run times can be found here, and raffle winners here.
