Ridgeway Relay, 17th June 2007
For the record, Eynsham 'A' finished 12th in
11:15:33, and Eynsham 'B' 28th in 12:44:11. 41 teams took part. Competition must
be hotting up, as both teams improved on last year's times but were still
further down the field this time.
Thanks to everyone for (a) turning up on time and (b) running as well as they
did. I don't really want to single anyone out for particular praise, but well
done to Dan for running at such short notice, and to Simon for running at even
shorter notice, and without knowing where he was going. Other special mentions
go to Andy for the highest placing in any leg, and to Katherine for improving on
her time last year by 11 minutes. It's amazing what you can do when you don't
get lost
