ERR 1 Hour Challenge Report by Kate Williamson
1 hour Challenge 14th June
This months challenge coincided with the 24hr eyNHSham Endure which involved running for an hour or 6miles at 05am on Sunday morning.
It was a wonderfully cool morning (compared with the extremely sweaty 14.00 slot on Saturday), sunrise still just visible but not a very interesting course I had chosen. Up and down Witney road, round the Evenlode, up and down tarmac Chilbridge and down to the bridge on Pinkhill and back.
No complaints cos I won the bottle of wine! Thank you very much for all the amazing virtual ideas.
